Planning.
Guest Capacity: Sleeps 6
Arrival and Departure: Arrival 3pm. Departure 11am.
Tariff: From £2500 to £3750 per week depending on dates.
Pets: No pets please.
Family: Children are very welcome but they must be supervised at all times in the garden due to the water hazards . One cot and one high chair can be set up in the property upon request (not kept in the property).
Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
3 King En-suites with wet room showers. The master bedroom en-suite also has a full size bath. Other items include are: Hairdryers, Luxury toiletries by L’Occitane- Verbena and built-in USB sockets for charging your devices
Parking.
Parking is available for two large cars/SUV’s in the driveway and a small/compact car can fit by the front door. Alternatively, free parking is available outside the church opposite however, it is in high demand through the day, but empty at night.
Included items and appliances:
Linens and towels, including separate towels for the hot tub. A 77” TV with Sky Sports and Sky Movies in the living room, and WiFi throughout the house. A small selection of games are also provided.
Miele appliances are installed throughout the kitchen and laundry including a 9kg washer and a separate 9kg drier. A Nespresso machine can be found in the kitchen which runs on ‘original pods’.
Cautions:
Grange Bridge Cottage backs onto Derwent River which can flood into the lower garden area during periods of heavy/prolonged rain. The garden also has a large hot tub. Both of these items present water hazard risks. Please be careful.
The property also features one of the largest striation rocks in the UK, which makes up the majority of the back garden and also peeks into the main driveway. Great care should be taken when walking on the rock as it can get slippery, whilst in the driveway it forms an obstacle between the two parking spaces.
